Green tea has numerous health benefits. According to researchers green tea helps in reducing high cholesterol, prevent or slow the growth of cancer, helps in weight loss, helps in improving immune system, helps to prevent tooth decay and many more.

Green tea has been initially evolved from china but now due to its numerous health benefits and anti aging property it is famous all over the globe. This magical tea is product of the tree called camellia. These leaves contain antioxidants. Antioxidants present in these leaves can help you to fight against cancers and heart related disease and many more. It also helps to improve overall health of your body by slowing the oxidation or breakdown of the process of cells.

An antioxidant named Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is present in green tea which protects your cells and DNA from any kind of changes or damage.
