There are various forms of anti aging treatments like anti aging skin care products, anti aging therapies and anti aging surgeries. However the major part of anti aging equation is lifestyle, how you treat and what you put into your bodies. When you get this right then you can make a significant difference at any age. When you start a good nutritional habit at your early age then you will have more youthfulness and vitality as you grow older. They contains large amount of antioxidants. Similarly scientists have proved that acai berry contains 10 times anti oxidants than grapes. Blueberry also contains large amount of anti oxidants especially wild ones and due to this reason it is also considered as one of the powerful anti aging super food.

Fruits and vegetables
Fruits and vegetables are also one of the major sources of antioxidants. Hence you should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Plants generally produce antioxidants for their own defense but they also happen to protect us. You should shop by color and intensity is the key, e.g. dark leaf greens. Antioxidants works better together so it is beneficial for you to take variety rather than large doses of one. You should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables like watermelon, tomatoes and red paw- paw because they contain lycopene which is a proven cancer fighter. Similarly fruits like apple and carrots are also great source of anoxidants.

Green tea
Green tea is also one of the major sources of antioxidants. Anti oxidant called polyphenols and Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is present in green tea which protects your cells and DNA from any kind of changes or damage. Studies have shown that regular consumption of green tea can lower the chances of heart disease and also prevents and slows the growth of cancer. Studies have also shown that the antioxidant property of green tea is much more powerful that well renowned antioxidant vitamins C and E in antioxidant protection.

Dark Chocolates
Chocolates are also known as one of the major anti-aging super food. It’s because the dark chocolate containing 70% cocoa which is among the worlds most powerful antioxidants. Again milk added as in milk chocolate negates the benefits.

Red Wine
Red wine also contains anti oxidants. Antioxidants like polyphenols, anthrocyanidins and resveratrol are present in red wine. You should always keep in mind that red wine is an alcohol. So when you intake more than one glass the red wine it will effect negatively rather than positively on your health. Hence drinking in a limited amount can only provide you anti-aging benefits.

These are the major foods that are packed with antioxidants. These foods can help you to fight against the aging process. Adding these foods in your diet can really help you out because a healthy and nutritious diet can make you feel and look younger.
