Basically researchers have classified all foods items into three categories; pro inflammatory, neutral, anti-inflammatory. According to researchers in order to slow down the aging at cellular level you should intake those foods which are rich in antioxidants and are anti-inflammatory.

Besides having an healthy anti aging diet you should also engage yourself in physical activities. Simply by exercising 30 minutes a day regularly can help you to burn off the excess fat of your body and tone up your muscles. (1) Fish
According to American Heart Association eating fish twice weekly is beneficial to health especially the fatty kinds that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids as well as cold water fish. Fish is one of the powerful anti-inflammatory foods and it is packed with nutrients that provide you a lot of health benefits.

(2) Legumes
They are filled with nutrients. Legumes are considered similar to fruits and vegetables because of their nutrient value. They contain very few amounts of calories. When they are intake 3 to 4 times a week they can assist to prevent signs of aging.

(4) Drink more water
Drinking ten glasses of water every day will improve overall health. The problems that are associated with dehydration such as lack of energy, headaches, hot flashes and feeling of tiredness will automatically disappear when you drink lots of water.

(5) Limit on fat
Avoid those foods which contains high amount of saturated fats. The major sources of these kinds of fat are animal products such as dairy products and beef. These fats increase cholesterol level and weight. However it doesn’t mean that you should completely stop the intake of fat. Your body regularly needs moderate amount of dietary fat. Hence you should intake only moderate amount of fat that is essential for your body

Nuts are good for heart and brain as signs of aging are not only affects our face but also our memory power. They are great source of vitamin B. nuts contains healthy fats that provide benefit to elastin and collagen in your skin. Nuts also help in to maintaining your skin structure.

(7) Salt
Do not intake too much of salt as it is not good for your health. Avoid junk foods, fast foods and tinned foods which are loaded with salt.

So, intake of a healthy diet and regular physical activities helps to prevent disease and retard aging.
